THREE WORLDS TEAM
The Three Worlds Team is a group of committed Christians experienced in cross-cultural ministry. Together, we serve as teachers, mentors, and consultants for churches in fourteen countries in the Europe/Middle East region. While each of our team's family units is based in a particular country in the region and engages in local ministry, we collectively work toward three common objectives as we walk alongside local churches and leaders throughout the region - create connection, foster innovation, and resource leaders.
MEET THE 3W TEAM
Nate and Stacy are Regional Coordinators to Europe and the Middle East for Global Strategy, Church of God Ministries. They live in Madrid, Spain, connect and serve throughout the region, and lead the Three Worlds (3W) team of missionaries. They love opportunities to walk alongside leaders as they recognize their own gifts, experiences, and areas of passion and engage their local communities with the gospel message in creative and impactful ways.
Nate & Stacy have four adult children – Dylan, Kayla, Aubry, and Daleska – and their youngest daughter, Emily, will graduate from secondary school in 2027. They also have two grandsons and one granddaughter, and a dog named Charlotte who thinks she is one of the kids.
Kelley and Rhonda have served the region of Europe/Middle East with Global Strategy since 1993. Their global work has taken them to Chelyabinsk, Russia as church planters; Budapest, Hungary as Regional Coordinators for Europe/Middle East; Berlin, Germany partnering with the German Church of God, as well as p.ink door; and are now based in Cairo, Egypt partnering with Egyptian Church of God congregations. They also serve regionally with the 3W team.
Rhonda enjoys gardening and hanging out with friends. Kelley enjoys cooking and adventures. They both cherish times of making memories with their adult children and grandchildren.

Zach and Audrey Langford provide pastoral leadership to the Egan Road Church of God in Birkenhead, England, one of the most underserved communities in the UK. Their ministry focuses on long-term relational presence, serving families and young people through community meals, youth work, and table evangelism. They also serve the 3W Leadership Network and the Agape Faith United Board in Bulgaria. Zach & Audrey have two children, Lola and Leo, and have called Birkenhead home for over 15 years.
