Resilience.

For centuries, Christians have learned that following Jesus was never about a life of ease. It's about our creative, courageous response to trouble and challenge. That's resilience. Not gritting your teeth and pushing through, but learning to live in the liberating way of Jesus, even here, even now.

This April, we're gathering young leaders from across Europe and the Middle East to ask together: what does it look like for the people of God to be resilient not in spite of trouble, but in it?

Why This Matters

Very few in this generation are choosing a life of ministry. And the ones who do often carry it alone — pastors, lay leaders, youth leaders, and worship leaders serving faithfully with little connection to anyone else doing the same thing outside their own church.

3WLN exists to change that. Five days to be trained, encouraged, and connected to other young leaders who understand exactly what you're carrying so you have what you need to stay in ministry for the long haul.

Who This Is For

3WLN is for young leaders primarily under the age of 45 who are actively practicing ministry, or preparing for it:

  • Pastors

  • Lay leaders

  • Up-and-coming leaders

  • Youth leaders

  • Worship leaders

  • No childcare is available.

  • A working understanding of English is essential; any translation needed is the responsibility of those attending.

  • Scholarships are limited — national churches are asked to help support their leaders in attending.
