The 3W Leadership Network (3WLN) Conference "In this world, you will have trouble," Jesus taught his disciples, "but take heart! I have overcome the world."
For centuries, Christians have learned that following Jesus does not focus on a life of ease, but rather on our creative and courageous response to trouble and challenge. We call this “resilience”. Join us as we consider the resilience of the people of God who are learning to live in response to trouble in the liberating way of Jesus.
What to ExpectA few days away from carrying it all alone. Many of us wear every hat in our ministry — pastor, teacher, counselor, administrator — with no team beside us. Some of us hold down another job just to make ministry possible. Some of us serve in places where naming our faith invites suspicion, where evangelism carries real risk, or where our neighbors assume we belong to a cult rather than a church. 3WLN is designed to bring you together with leaders who understand exactly what you're carrying, through shared teaching, honest conversation, worship, and time to simply be known.
❋ Teaching built for where you areEach gathering is shaped by what leaders like you actually need, drawn from feedback after every event and topics suggested by regional leaders themselves, so the teaching speaks directly into your context.
❋ Connection across bordersYou'll meet leaders from across Europe, Middle East and North Africa who know what it's like to be the only staff member, to work a second job to stay in ministry, or to explain their faith to a culture that often misunderstands it. Maybe for the first time in your life, in a room with people who simply get it.
❋ A pastor who knows the churchOur main speaker has spent 40 years pastoring, across small congregations and large ones, in seasons of scarcity and growth, and has given his life to helping churches rediscover their place in God's bigger story. He doesn't speak into this region because he knows it. He speaks into it because he knows resilience, hospitality, and what it costs to keep leading well over decades.
❋ Room to be knownThere's plenty of time built in to actually get to know each other. Over shared meals, a half-day outing, small group discussions, worship, devotionals, card games, and late evenings talking long after the sessions end. Space to be honest about what you're carrying, and to be prayed for by people who understand.

Day OneArrive & Meet
As delegates arrive from across the region, we take time to breathe, settle in, and start putting faces to the names we've only known through a screen. For some, this is your first 3WLN. For others, your sixth. Wear your name tag. It's the easiest way to start a conversation. For many, this is the first time all year sitting in a room with other leaders who understand exactly what they're carrying. The journey starts here.

Tuesday is where the week finds its rhythm. Morning teaching, breakout sessions built around what you're actually navigating in ministry, and ice breakers that turn strangers into people you'll be praying for by nightfall. This is the day the room starts to feel less like a conference and more like family.

Wednesday slows the pace just enough to let connection deepen. After a morning session, we step outside Credo's walls for a half-day excursion because some of the best conversations happen on a trail, not in a session. We come back together for Worship Night, voices from a dozen countries lifted as one.

If you need help covering travel or conference fees, let us know as soon as you register. We ask that you first reach out to your national church and local church for support. Be ready to tell us what you can cover and what you're hoping we can help with. Scholarships aren't guaranteed, but we'll do what we can.

If you need a visa, schedule your appointment for January. You can likely book it now. Most embassies open appointments 180 days in advance, which means an appointment for late January can be booked as early as October. 3W and Credo will provide letters of invitation and confirmation of reservation for you to use at your appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, please email the date to ThreeWLN@chog.org.

You're welcome to make your own way to Interlaken by car, train, or plane. Here's what to know for each.
By Car
Please aim to arrive between 3:00–5:00 PM on Monday. You can arrive earlier, but your room may not be ready.By Train
The closest station to Credo is Interlaken West. Someone from 3W or Credo can transfer you up to the conference center from there. Just be sure to share your arrival time with us in advance so we can make that happen.By Air
We suggest flying into Basel or Zurich. We have a limited number of van transfers available from these airports. You'll need to request one after your flight details are confirmed. Please plan to arrive no later than 2:45 PM; this ensures the transfer vehicle or train gets you in in time for dinner. Unfortunately, we can't save plates for late arrivals due to strict food laws in Switzerland.If you're flying into Geneva or another airport, please arrange your own transfer to Interlaken.

You'll pay Credo directly for your conference costs, either in advance by international wire or in person at check-in.
If you're receiving any scholarship support, it will already be reflected in your booking with Credo.
Credo accepts Swiss Franc (CHF), credit card, and Euro, if necessary. Bank transfers should be paid in advance.
