THREE WORLDS
EUROPE AND MIDDLE EAST
Offering a variety of services for faith communities throughout Europe and the Middle East, the Three Worlds Team provides strategic support, working with accountability structures to promote healthy growth and effective ways to navigate the complex nature of modern Christianity.
Creating connection. Fostering innovation. Resourcing leaders.
CREATE CONNECTION
Three Worlds is committed to creating points of connection, providing tangible encouragement to ministry leaders and individual believers in Europe and the Middle East. Through conferences, online meetings, church consultations, regular messaging, and visits throughout the region, we hope to combat the threat of isolation together.
FOSTER INNOVATION
Ministry within each of the three worlds of Christianity looks different, and effective leaders are recognizing the need for creativity and innovation as they engage their communities with the gospel message and empower others to do the same. The 3W Team champions this work and provides pathways for innovate ministry initiatives.
RESOURCE LEADERS
Ministry can be challenging, especially in Europe and the Middle East. The 3W Team focuses on providing support, resources, and mentorship for accountable leaders. Our concentration is on leaders under 45, as very few young people choose ministry as a career.
REGIONAL WORK
3W TEAM
The 3W Team works in a variety of settings and ministries, leading a post-Christendom faith community in Birkenhead, walking alongside pastors in Egypt, mentoring young leaders in anti-human-trafficking efforts, working with young bi-vocational pastors in Northern Italy, delivering essential supplies to Ukrainian church leaders, developing a network of faith communities in Spain, and intentionally connecting with and raising up the next generation of leaders in Bulgaria, Lebanon, Italy, France, and several other countries.
STRATEGIC SUPPORT
Three Worlds offers a variety of services for faith communities in Europe, the Middle East, and North America as they work to enhance their effectiveness through strategic mission, leadership development, and ministering in the "three worlds" of Christianity being expressed today. Our team works within accountability structures to promote healthy growth and effective ways to navigate the complex nature of modern day Christianity.
UNIVERSITY INTENSIVES
In partnership with Anderson School of Theology (S.O.T.) and various churches, our team provides university intensives in Urban Ministry. Students will explore the process of urbanization and urbanism and their impact on interpersonal social life. A major focus is on the effects of post-Christendom on ministry in the 21st century. We are pleased to report that Anderson S.O.T. also offers credit for participation in this immersion trip.
CONFERENCES
Occasionally, Three Worlds will help organize special conferences that focus on a variety of subjects such as leadership, youth, women in missions, and Three Worlds issues. To date, we have organized a 3W Care-a-Van, 3W/CWC Women's Conferences in Rome & Berlin, 3W Leadership Network (2015, 2016, 2018, 2022, 2024, 2025), as well as participated in the European Theological Conference (German CHOG) every two years. Three Worlds missionaries have also been invited as keynote speakers at the U.K. CHOG Convention.
We offer 3W Seminars where churches and other organizations can request tailor-made seminars of their choice in areas of organization, ministry, mission, and business. We offer a wide variety of set topics to meet specific requests. Seminars are lead by 3W team members as well as experts in various fields.

TRUSTED EXPERTISE
Three Worlds Leadership Network (3WLN)
#NOTALONE
Three Worlds Leadership Network (3WLN) was launched in October 2015, and is the first ever multinational network of Church of God young leaders in Europe and the Middle East (EME). The purpose of the network is to encourage interconnectivity and foster ongoing involvement amongst believers in the fourteen countries where the Church of God has a presence in the EME region. While the 3W Team hosts the 3WLN conference every 18 months, the network is more than just the biennial event. It has helped create ongoing relationship among believers and opportunities for training, encouragement, and synergistic regional strategizing. By attending, members commit to engage with others in the network, actively seeking connection through online communication, occasional visits, participation in camps, and assisting with training and other ministry events.
Camaraderie is particularly important, as isolation in Europe and the Middle East can have devastating effects. In many of our region's countries, the percentage of evangelical Christians is between 0.25% and 4%. Prior to attending the 3WLN conference, many of our young people will have never been in a room with more than a few other young evangelical Christian leaders. In addition, the European and Middle Eastern cultures are so deeply secular and/or hostile to Christianity, making events that bring these leaders together enormously inspirational and healing in a way that most North American, Latin America, and African Christians cannot understand.
Our team's desire is that this current generation of young leaders will be the first generation of Church of God leaders in the EME region to not grow up in crushing isolation, instead living in community, partnership, and unity with one another. Three Worlds Leadership Network is helping to make that goal tangible.
